It’s no joke – a play about knife crime
On Thursday 4th July Year 6 went on a trip to Livingstone Primary School to watch a play with 2 other schools. It was about knife crime. We learnt about why you should never carry a knife, in case you murder or injure a person or an animal. If you see anyone holding a knife in public, you should tell an adult or the police. Also, remember not to be a sheep. That means don’t do something just because someone else tells you it’s cool. If you know it’s wrong, make your own decisions because if you do something you then have to take responsibility for your own actions – you can’t get out of it by saying that someone else told you to do it.
